I can't copy some of my saves?

I have an external HDD and I am buying a new PS3 Slim and giving my PS3 Fat to my brother, and I go to copy my saves and I get all of them except for Heavy Rain and Dante's Inferno. Anybody know why? I am almost done getting the Platinum for Heavy Rain and I can just get it on my brothers, but this is just bothering me for some reason.

The only way to back those up is to do a complete backup.... Which is what I did when I replaced my hard-drive... All the files seemed to have transferred over. Now I just need to see if it works if you transfer to a new console.
