When I was 8 when the ps1 was out this guys at the gas station stole all my ps1 games there were some good titles in there two the old grand theft auto, crash, spyro the dragon, wrestling games
Oh and the 60,000 dollar car was stolen
Most of the time when someone breaks into your house it's someone you know. Someone broke into my house when I was sleeping. They came through the front door took my tv, dvd player, microwave, and moms purse.
It was in the winter and we went to bed late but had to get up early. When we woke up there was still unmelted snow that they tracked in on the kitchen floor. My mom thinks they heard the alarm clock and split.
For someone to break into your house they need to know your habbits and what you have to steal.

Most thiefs are oppertunists(forgive my spelling) especially burgalries, they rise dramticly in summer as people leave windows open and what not, It may be someone you know, or more than likely its someone you dont really know(you may have seen them before but dont actually know them) but they live in your area and probably know when the house is empty just through repitition, for instance they live near by or hang out at someones near yours and see you go to school each morning and your parents go to work so they know the house is emtpy between certain times of the day, also they will not want to go far whether it be walking or driving with a load of electronics, just an example of how these things happen.
Or it could be someone you know who's fallen into the wrong crowd(druggies and what not they make a living off the misery of folks they know, mainly family, easy targets old women living alone etc) and passed on info about the stuff thats in your home.
Anyways i feel for you, my flat was burgald a few years ago by a ex friend of mine, i used to work shifts and they hit me when i was on night shift, they done my flat because they knew there was allot of expensive electronics in there, again though an oppertunity is what led them to do it, i found out later they were talking about a party i had a few weeks before hand and up came the subject of the stuff i had in my house and one man offered them £300 to go take it all and because they had drug habbits i didnt know of at the time they took that oppertunity, anyways i got 90% of my stuff back(and the rest from my insurance) as the man who paid them actually tried to sell the stuff to a friend of mine who had already been informed by me of what had been taken and he took the gear off the lad and sent him on his way worse for ware, crime didnt pay for those 3 scum bags on that day, but the stuff didnt bother me it was insured it was the disloyalty that bugged me, im still annoyed to this day as one was a close friend but drugs change people.
Hope you get your stuff back one way or another(police although doubtful or insurance) and bad timing just before MGS4.
dude the robbers did u a big favor now ur parents will have to buy u the ps3 mgs4 bundlemickey09
I don't know what else to say except that sucks and I'm sorry.
I live in a rural area not far from some low income housing projects. We need locking mailboxes because our mail kept getting stolen. We also have metal security doors.
My mountain bike got stolen from my covered porch a while back. It was covered up with a tarp and locked with a kryptonite lock and a chain. I was wrecked because that was my transportation to work. Had to take the bus till I could afford another one. The worst thing though is the sense of violation, that someone was in messing with your personal stuff.
oh and btw a small barking dog is the best security system. It's not that they're scary, it's that they don't shut up. I know I have one. My next door neighbor has 9, yes thats right nine mini pinchers.
How are you going to play MGS4 now :o Look like the robber going to enjoy playing MGS4 on your PS3 and your TV :oaka_aj03
He'll enjoy it for now but karma will catch up to him soon enough. Scumbags like him will never lead a good life unless he miraculously turns it around. What a low life.
Now that i've read this forum I feel really lucky. I've never had anything worth more that $30 stolen from me. Though my sister had her iPod stolen at school. I'm very paraniod though, luckily there is at least one person and two small dogs at our house all day.Djinnator
I too, have become a bit paranoid these days since I made some huge upgrades and added things to my home. I only live in an apartment so home security alarm is out of the question. And our apartment doesnt have a security guard because it just isnt big enough to need one. I live a good area but you'll never know what's going to happen when you come home and open the door. That's if the robber left you a door to open. I would be bummed if I came home finding out that all my things were stolen. Who wouldnt be? Anyways. Sorry to hear TC. The crook will get what's coming.
ohhh god i hoped this works out ok for you. This is nothing compared to what happened to me and my family though lol, they stole my mums jewelewry (gold and stuff) which her mum gave her when she was a kid, they stole all our passports except my dads and some money i think. This is about 5-6 years ago, but to top it off a few months ago when i was getting my new passport rewened, they found out that some crack her was using my old passport with my name and their face on it and going around malasyia , lol you can imagine how i felt
lol but hope things work out,

Sometimes things do work out (hopefully not for the bastard who stole your stuff). Good thing you got a new one cuz there's some good stuff coming out soon. Good for u:)
i was at my friends house when my mom told me that we got robbed. they took my ps3 and my psp and my tv. they took even more than that. right when school was almost over. DAMN!!!!! and i added a poll cuz i was bored.kailman123I am enjoying playing your PS3 on your TV very much. Thanks.
When I move that won't be a worry for me anymore. I am getting two dobermans. So when I aint home, they will guard the house. When I am home, they will just catch a hole to the dome from my chrome. But to answer the question. No I have never been robbed.
