I just fixed my PS3 YLOD

So i used the guide on the net to fix my ps3 however i now have an extra 5 screws and the red light doesn't turn on. Otherwise it works fine. Should i be worried at all?

You might wanna take it back apart if you have that many extra screws... may cause some problems in the future.

I really have noo idea where the screws go, don't ask how. I even made extensive notes as to where each one should be.
