I lost my trophies!

So a few months ago I got a new hard drive for my Ps3 added and I ended up losing my collection

and I hadn't synced it with the server :(. Is there an possibility of me getting my collection back?

(I don't have the old hard drive anymore)

i lost a few on heavy rain with that clock thing that happened and that pissed me right off!

Thanks anyway all I knew it was a long shot. I had lost a decent amount no platinums thankfully!

Since then I've gotten a few platinums, Im just bummed because I was well on my way to platinuming fallout 3, inFamous

and dead space and I don't really have the time or energy to go through all that again :).

I guess it's vital to regularly sync your trophies to your PSN account? I would of assumed copying your saves files would have the same effect?
