I made a back up account but its seems I have to reuby the dlc for this account. Why cant I use my dlc on my new account. Oh and can I use the same save data on my new account.

You should be able to. Unless you already downloaded the DLC 5 times. I've used my friends account to download DLC and it works fine when I play on my account.

You don't have to redownload it. If it's on your console it should work.

People need to stop getting this wrong. There is no 5 limit cap on downloading stuff you get off the PS Store. You're allowed to download as many times as you want on up to 5 PS3s. Never done game sharing myself before but I'm thinking he may of deleted his old account and the dlc bound to that account before he actually made his new account. The new account doesn't register that you've bought the content on your old account, you're simply just sharing the content on the harddrive. I think that's how it works. So perhaps TC, you should make another profile and reactivate your old account then redownload the DLC. Then switch back to your new account and it should be there. Assuming that's how game sharing works. :P

Here are some thoughts... 1.You cant use what isn't on the ps3, re-download the content on your old account 2.Maybe somehow you used a disc different to the one you once used (ie different region disc), do check if you made any changes to your collection (this is if you know the dlc is in the console) 3.If its psn avatars/home that stuff is per account basis, cant use that stuff on other accounts.

as long as you have it installed on another account on the same PS3, it'll be available on that account. you don't need to re-download it. if you deleted the account with the dlc, you won't be able to use it.
