I need to know if this noise coming from my PS3 fan is normal.

Is that a normal noise? I know it's nothing big but is there a way to fix that? Is it just dust or what? Because I can open up my ps3 and stuff I just need to know.

Sorry for the bump but I gotta figure out if it's just dust in the fan so I can get to work on it. Because I'll be busy and stuff today.
