wow - first of all you can go on amazon find the item and see if the dude shipped it. Once you have done that you can email the dude (link under where you bought it) and ask him if he sent it and finally if there are no replies you can report him through amazon. How did you pay? Credit Card? If it doesn't get there then you tell your credit card company not to pay since you didn't get the product.
If it was on amazon and the dude sold 1100+ items with no issues you are probably good - contact the seller and ask him.
Now if you got screwed on a purchase that was expensive cause you spent your brothers money - hey maybe what goes around comes around....(but above advice should solve any issue)

why u getting mad if it was ur bros money, i would be mad if i was your bro, and usually when a site lets users sell there items they have like ratings, if they dont send the items i can imagine that he had a bad rating, so why order from him, and if you dont get your game, try ordering from amazon.com, they have keep prices and are fast with shipping
ebay has no deadlines and unless you purchase insurance you cannot do anything if the item never comes. You can leave negative feedback on ebay but the buyer can cancel that out. Why can you not say the name of the website?
If your in Canada and ordered it online, why did you use Amazon as opposed to a major online retailer such as bestbuy.ca or futureshop.ca? If you payed $80 CAD through Amazon like you said, then you would have paid about the same to the retail sites after taxes and shipping; but the main difference is that with the trusted retailers you have the peace of mind that your purchase is going to get shipped in a timely manner, and if it doesn't, you can easily contact someone to find out why not.
contact Amazon's customer service, I had 2 problems and they were quick and nice : I had to pay tax (I'm in France) because they didn't tick the right box indicating the content of the package, they refunded me ; a DVD I ordered was still not at my home more than 10 days late than their estimated shipping date, they offered to replace it. I think you could manage something with them.
I just ripped off some kid on Amazon; he bought a copy of Warhawk from me for 80$, and I have absolutely no intentions of sending it to him! I find this extremely funny since he could have oh so obviously bought it from the PSN for half the price.
im gettin kind of pissed cuz i was tryin to get warhawk off of a site like ebay and i still havnt gotten it. its been 3weeks and it said it wa supposed to come from dec 6 - 20. tommorows the 20 and if it doesnt come what am i supposed to do? the game was $80!!!tsouljah

a day after this thread was posted the user sent me an email stating that warhawk was damaged duringf delivery and now i wont get it, i got a refund for my money and 3 hours later went to future shop and got warhawk 20$ cheaper.
