..until I saw they're GDC presentation and LittleBigPlanet. My mind completely changed about Sony, and that they were just saving all the good news for later. High hopes for Sony from me now. Anybody in the same situation?
I'm sure alot of people saw Home and Little Big Planet ans thought they want a peice of that action. There wasn't any good news before that... However try not to get tooo excited because Sony never normally deliver on promises.

To be honest, I have gripes about the PS3. I own a 360, and almost detested the PS3 before. Liquid Metal, I do believe I underestimated their long history, but the stream of bad news was disheartening. Out of all the games you've listed, I find LittleBigPlanet the best. Gran Turismo + When they put rumble back in the Sixaxis = What the PS3 should be about. I finally see the other side of Sony.
its not like this is the first groundbreaking game they have ever had. PS1 and PS2 were renowned for these kind of games that completely broke the mold. this is just another fine example of what they can bring to the table, within a year. quite impressive considering the lack of variety on the other system(shooter, racer, shooter, shooter, etc)
i alwayes knew sony would come thourgh they always do. they have great marketing and format development skills due to thier work on three generations of games. in fact when i was 7 i got my first playstatioin and along with it i got croc and parrapa the rappa
People may say that Home is totally wicked and that they are so going to buy a PS3 now but when push comes to shove, I really doubt anyone is going to buy a $600 system just for this. Great games are goign to be needed.

thats what they have coming there sparky, actually PS3 has more exclusives than the box coming at this point. especially ones that are worth a damn. whats the box got? Halo 3(that could go either way at this point from the development ive seen so far, not looking very good) Bioshock(ive got a feeling this game will kick some serious ass, or completely blow) and Mass Effect(maybe? i dont ever get enough info on this), other than that, no one cares. now PS3 has Lair, Heavenly Sword, MGS4, FF13 and VS13, Little Big Planet, Warhawk. the games are on the plate, and its gonna be a good next 12 months for sure.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Home is going to get Sony where it needs to go. That thing that no other system has that will pick it back up. I'm definately excited about my PS3 again.
