I just can't see how a game that has 15 maps and each plays the same, with same gameplay can be addictive lol. Sorry, but within 30mins of gameplay I take it out of my system. If the first stabbing I receive cause of the commando perk happens in the first min. of play I take it out of the system. The first death I receive and its from someone that is just taking a squat with his back into a corner, I take the game out of my system. Well safe to say I don't play it enough to be addicted lol.
Guys, if you really try to rub that game out of your system, you will truely see what great games you have been missing. Its good to have one game you can go back to after trying new ones, but its bad when you want even give other games a chance. Remember other games were made to be themselves with their style of gameplay, they weren't built to try to be cod. So take games for what they are, and their own gameplay and quit saying well in cod this and cod that when trying to learn a new game. Trust me in Socom we don't even hesitate no more, we just tell you go play cod and leave us alone lol.
I'm addicted to Socom, but can take it out to play some MAG, U2, KZ2 or whatever else I want to enjoy at the time. Heck I've been playing HL2 death match again on the pc. Its definitly pleasant to try other experiences, and you'd be surprise how much those experiences shine compared to cod once you have given them a chance.
