I can't take anyone seriously who types serious business that way ..

Basically i went to my local store to pick up a copy of Dead Space. The guy behind the counter asks me for ID so naturally i showed him my ID. He then questions me as to whether or not the ID was real??? I am a very tall person with quite a bit of facial hair. I am 19 years old and he asks me?? he was just a kid. He then went on about how he is not allowed to sell me the game. So i say 'fair enough thats okay.' This idiot then decides to joke around with my ID as if it was nothing more than a cheap piece of paper showing all his co workers. I got pretty angry and demanded it back he then said 'look kid this game contains graphic scenes of gore and violence and you shouldn't see it.' Every five seconds you will see Isaac getting torn to shreds.

This idiot annoyed the hell out of me so i snatched my drivers license back and said 'well im not a noob like you so i doubt ill see Isaac dying all that much.' This pathetic idiot then decides to kick me out for 'abuse.' Urgh im so angry im writing a complaint.

Really poorly ran, you should just neen like...alright wait, look at the box it says 17+, grab it and run for your life outta the store...if they try to stop you, like you said your bigger than them, wtf will they do. Yeah, same here, but im 17 so it doesn't matter, I can buy whatever game I like, as long as it's not rated AO, which in that case I wouldn't even be interested in buying it.

yeah, we had a marathon here in the states on spike. (you guys probably get that too cuzz i'm sure UFC is popular "up there")

so i tried to watch re-watch the good alltimes, too bad it was back to back episodes so i would miss a crap load.

Yeah I got Spike TV .. UFC is huge here .. I'm also a huge UFC fan myself ..

Haha, I guess I get it easy where I live in USA. My friend reserved Fallout 3 and bought Dead Space without the guy even asking him for his ID. He just asked if he was 18 (this friend is 15) and he just said yeah. The guy didn't quite believe him but gave him the game anyway and said, "Alright, just don't tell my boss I sold you this." I laughed my head off.

Of course, that's how I got Resistance 2 and Unreal Tournament 3. The guy didn't even ask for my ID, he just said "This is rated M for...blah blah blah" and I got the games. I find this very funny, since at this moment, I'm only 14.

abuse? Wow I don't know about that. I would go there tomorrow ask to speak with the manager and if id is real ask to purchase the game and if he won't let you then they are breaking the law by not selling it to you because it would be discrimination. Thats how I would go about it.

lol I woulda called him more than that... cuz since I'm of age and they won't let me get a game I've been wanting I'll bring it up with the manager, and move up from there... I wouldn't let that slide... and after all of it I would email and even call the company telling them how stupid ofan incident I just had

The Mature Rating the ESRB has says you only need to be 17+ to get it. If you are 17 years of age or older there is no reason he can't sell you the game, you are an adult.

I mean if that's what happened, well that's douchebagery in all it's glory. I would just be like, "Umm what? Okay you see my I.D., what year does it say I'm born? Yea that's right 1989. That's 19 years ago bud. Now see that M on the game that says 17+. Now give me my game before I find your boss."

if that was me, when he said it was fake, i would just start treating him like a little baby (that pisses off any jackass beyond belief, because theyre just acting like that to feel cool, and they never have a comeback) and ask him very simple questions that he wouldnt be able to answer like "what makes you think its fake?". furthermore, i wouldnt leave untill he sold me the game, and he cant really make you leave because if you dont, he cant do anything about it without going to his boss (which he wouldnt do since he would get fired for being an ass to a customer if his boss found out what was going on).
