Well from that list if you want online then go with Resistance or Rainbow Six Vegas. If you are looking for Offline Oblivion is one REAL long game and Ninja Gaiden is real good.

Motorstorm and racing games in general tend to get kinda boring after a while so i would stay far from that, unless you like racing games.

From personal experiance i like and would recommend Rainbow Six..

All great games there.Very hard just to pick one.Anyway, I voted for Resistance because that game can be for everyone. However, Rainbow 6 is another you so be considering but since it is a tactical shooter so is not for everyone.NGS is another will you have to get eventually. :P

Resistance is a must have for the PS3. Well worth your time and money.
