The controller seems freakishly light to me. And I wish they would have spread the analog sticks out a little further. And I'm still waiting on custom soundtracks. Beyond that, it's all gravy.
Personally I don't mind the dustiness and the fingerprints cause I barely touch mine. The only thing I can think of really is being hard to develop for.
the price, especially in the UK, i knowthat technically its a good for what you get (its ablu-ray player for example), but its a lot for a games console, and it particularly annoys me that UK customers are having to pay so much more than customers in the US and elsewhere and getting less. i wouldnt mind a few more 3rd party exclusives either.
only one thing: i want the controller to automatically turn off after 15 minutes of non use. if i pause a game and get distracted by something else, it'd be nice for the controller to just shut off.

i would like my PS3 to be made of titanium and that it would have little tires to roll it .....hm....oh and yeah dust, water,heat,bullet,burglar proof:D

I would have had it release a year earlier than it did...
So I wouldnt have a 360 collecting dust, and would probably have gotten MGS4 and Killzone 2 by now...Of course thats assuming everything thats happening now would just happen a year earlier.

I like the idea of the of the multi-disc changer, that would be neat and helpful. Maybe some sort of cat repellant, cause my cat loves laying on it or just being around it. Other than that, I would have liked it to be a little lighter.

my problem occurs when one of my dogs walk past the ps3 and their tale swipes the eject button. now i i could teach them to push the disk back in ;)

the updates always required that you press the PS button only because the system shuts off then turns back on
with the new update though this is no longer an issue, now the controller stays on and you no longer have to connect via usb cable after the update
also with the new update the PS3 recognizes whent the controller is not in use for a period of time and shuts it off automatically
The price is the only real issue, everything else is cool in my opinion. If you can't get rid of the price (A free PS3 would be rockin XD) I would want to get rid of the dust and fingerprint attracting material it's made of and replace it with something that doesn't get dust and fingerprint marks.
There's no need to get rid of Home really, even if you don't like it you just don't use it. Anything extra is better than nothing and to have a new layer added to the online experience makes it surpass Xbox live.
Although I love the controller I wish they could somehow make it so we could somehow break it apart and use it with 2 parts like the wii controller. and then combine them when your done. and of course rumble. That way we have the ultimate controller.
Well stop touching it so much, Only thing I touch on my PS3,is the on/off switch and the eject button...It gets dusty cause it's piano black...it makes it a dust magnet.
