Go to where you can log in to the PSN Network, and when it tries to log in hit "Cancle" (aka Circle) and you should see it

I just hit "Forgot password" gave my birthdate, secret answer to the secret question. and voila. No reason to waste money calling anyone for thatzeforgotten

they may have updated to this since i forgot mine about a year ago
