theres 70 cars, and 6 tracks.
Think of this game as a beta version of the full game, which will come out in a years time. Its basically a cash in for Polyphony... its a lot of game for $40, but just because the full version will have 10X more content its hard to give this game a higher rating than an 8

Picked it up yesterday, its def worth 40 bucks IMO, the only real downfall i see is the 6 tracks..
But its great fun....
My only concern is when the full version comes out, i havent read much up on it, but i wonder if those who purchased prologue now will have to purchase then entire game for 59, or if they will somehow make an add on.
Someone doesn't know what prologue means >_>Silent-Hal
Maybe he expects release dates to be for actual games. Not for 40$ demos.

In an ideal world yes, GT5P owners would get at least $15 off of GT5, but we both know it wont be that way. Im not one of those people who bash GT5P (you have the choice not to buy it), but i still think it shouldve been $30.

Yamauchi said that you were going to be able to keep the credits, and maybe something more.
The full game will come out later. This only has about 6 tracks and is the first to be played online. So your just paying to be able race aganst others for the first time online i believe.stressford
Prologue = rip off
It's a little ridiculous how people keep calling GT5P a demo... It's got 70 cars, 6 tracks and an online mode a demo would probably have 1 track 1 to 3 cars and no online. 70 cars is more than same "full" racing games have and who knows they may add more tracks via the PS store down the road.jdt532
It has been classified as a demo by just about everybody including the makers of the game.
