They're both good monitors, but I'd go with the Westinghouse. The Westinghouse boasts better resolution,contrast, and response time. However, if you are looking for a monitor to play your PS3 on, you should go with a TV. These monitors are better suited for a computer. Just buy yourself a nice HDTV.
the reason i wanted get monitior is because i need something that i can put in my dorm room next year nothing to big and i wanted find a something with 1080p level though

Don't bother with 1080p unless you get a 40"... Monitors/TV's that boast 1080p under 40" are just scams and charge you $200 or so more for it... You can't see a diference.

Westinghouse is about the worst brand you could ever buy, theyve known issues with the PS3 and whats worse their quality is aweful, if you're going to buy something to use with the PS3, buy a TV.
