Hah! I had the similar issue. Not only did I have PS3 since July, but it also came with Metal Gear Solid 4 as a bundle. And I only started playing MGS last week. ("Save the Best for Last,... lol) You're lucky, I wish I hadn't tried Uncharted and then play it as a new game. :D Good choice though, two thumbs up!
Isn't it kinda positive that you played it late? You'll get the sequal soon, which means you didn't have to wait over 2 years (like certain people) anticipating a game. LAWL?

I think he made a typo, maybe he ment extreme gamers, people that don't study but play wouldnt like this sort of game.
I kinda want to play just to see what all the fuss is about, but I'm not gonna buy it at full price when its already been out for so long. MGS4 now sells for $50 brand new, but I still see Uncharted at $60. That's off. Anyway, I'm waiting for a price drop. Not because I think its not worth it, but because I thought the demo was pretty "meh" and don't want to spend that much on something I may not like.
I just bought Uncharted Drake Fortune and I really like this game. I wish I would have bought it sooner

I agree on the vague bit. When I first readthe titlethe first thought that popped into my head was: leaveme alone Maury-I am NOT the father!
Because when you spend ten bucks on the game to rent it at BLock Buster and end up liking it and buying it for sixty you've just spent 70 bucks on a game. Sorry for making that all one long sentence, but I didn't feel like stopping. lol I only rent stuff I KNOW I'm not going to like enough to buy. I may just get it used at GameStop and then take it and get my money back when I'm done.

lol extreme sounds like somebody weighing in at 500 lbs and plays games all day. I'm 20 and I beat ratchet and clank TOD 3 times; Nothing is wrong with uncharted.
I thought about buying the game, just dont know if its good. I think i heard the game is bad with either the controls or camera. It could be another game im thinking of. It was quite a while ago. The other reason i didnt buy it, is because i have no space on my 40gig. I got waaaay to many updates for my old games when i connected the net to it. =[ The gamein my local game storeis 2 for £30 or £19.99 each XD

lol that is true. Ever since I beat Uncharted when it first released about 2 years ago, I have been highly anticipating the sequel. At least you won't be anticipating it for long. :P
