I thought it was very harsh and rude of them to label alle future Home users as 'online creeps'. Way to offend your own target audience there... Also, I have no problems with the ads. What's the reason? They don't pop right at your face, they just passively hang on some virtual wall. I thought the whole Home bashing was entirely unnecessary. IMO Sony developed a really cool tool for the PS3 community that's even fun to use, and not some lame chat boxes, message boards or listings.
So what if you can put porno and stupid stuff in HOME, its not in public spaces, it will happend in private spaces, and in privat spaces you do whatever you want with it. As for me, i will place Pictures and movie animations from my 3D artworks, drawings and movie posters from 300. I think HOME its a great application for PS3 users and it should be the envy of the gaming industry.
Seeing Jeff upset that there will be porno in Home and he's upset that there will be bootleg of movies in your apartment.... :|
And he's upset that there will be too many ads? Seriously, wasn't the PS3 forum was filled with Xbox 360 ads? :|

They're basically saying that Home isn't anything to get excited about. They're right. It's glorified, but it's a nice, well designed feature. Jeff's concerns are valid, people are going to do things like that. And the PS3 forum is held by GS, and GS has ads about videogames. They have plenty of Sony related ads too.

If he doesn't like Home because of ads, I bet he hates TV for having too many ads, he better not go driving on the highway then! I think ads are fine. It keeps Home free for us.
