I felt that Infamous was a great game with an incredible storyline. The final scene was very intense. I think this game is a prime example of what Sony tries to portray as cinematic gaming. I beat the game as a hero so I don't know how indeft the evil character is but the story completly dragged me in. I feel that this game is unique in its own special way. It tries to do something different with the action adventure genre. (PLEASE COMMENT)

Theres no spoilers??? Yeah this was a great game. The only thing was that it was annoying when you got shot at from 5 different sides.

it did it to me as well. that's how I felt. I'm playing evil now, and I am getting a totally different feeling. As a hero I was reasy to help people, but now I have to ignore them if I want to stay evil, even though I feel sorry for them. found the best solution, for everytime I heel a person, I bioleech an enemy. so its even steven.

Really? I wouldn't call it 'cinematic', but definitely intense.

Yes, the storyline is phenomenal - more than that, though, I think inFamous is going to have a lasting impact on the PS3 ITSELF. I really think this could become the next major franchise for the system; I think a sequel is already being hinted at, not just in game, but by the amount of backstory Sucker Punch was trying to create through stuff like the online comic book they created over at the IGN inFamous hub. That kind of unnecessary (but welcome!) work says that they're planning a lot more than just one game here... I can't wait - 'cuz the first one was FANTASTIC!!!

I agree with this. It doesn't look pretty but graphics aren't what's being showcased in this game. The story and gameplay are superb.

what i love about infamous is that it is pure, addictive gameplay, with a story that you care about and can control. there are very few games like that.

I beat it on evil mode, so it was pretty awesome. Killing everything I see, bio-leeching every person...flipping the whole city of cars over.. Nothing mattered, lol.

Graphics don't make the game any more or less cinematic. It's all in the story, and inFamous has an amazing story.

When I think cinematic I think about games like Uncharted and MGS4. They have beautiful cutscenes to propel the plot along. inFamous lacks these movie-esque devices so I don't see it as cinematic .

I am looking for the last 6 blast shards in the entire game, I cannot find them, but after I find them I will be playing through the game as the Evil side on hard for the Platinum.

Well, you are right, in a way. The term "cinematic" does technically refer to "cinema", which the comic-book style cutscenes are clearly not, as they're not movies. However, that in no way means they're any less an engaging storyline than something like Uncharted or MGS4 just because they're not done in full-motion video or anything. Probably the better word to use to describe inFamous's storyline would be "epic" - it's fantastically well told.
