What about 10 mine always freezes after playing it for a long time mayby i just play to many games no 60 when it came out it freezes have to let it "rest"

Thats odd...I also have the 60 and mine only froze on Assassins Creed and thats because the game is just like that
The intercooler is a waste of money on the PS3 because it doesn't do a thing to help keep the system cool. The best thing to do is make sure there is plenty of room around the system for air to flow freely around it and another trick to keep the temperture down somewhat is just stand the console up vertically. By doing this it allows the hot air to flow out of the system much easier.
