Internet Problems with my PS3

I dont know whats going on with my PS3 I hook it up to my Network with an Ethernet Cable but It says its not connected? Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Check the cable, use it with a computer - see if it works. If not it could be the cable OR check the port in the wall. If not, and your sure it's the console, phone Sony.

Dont they have a built in Wireless Connection also though?Casper3141

yes it does you can always try to use that but you should still call Sony cuz you dont want to have one thing that doesnt work and leave it that way just cuz the other method did

unless he got the 20GB PS3, then he woulnd't have the built in wireless connection

so basically it all depends on which version you got

I got the 60 GB Version, I wish I could fine my Manual :( Need to Register my PS3 and see whats going on with itCasper3141

just call sony and give them your serial number, they'll register it for you when you call
