I was just wondering because I'm gonna get a new game for ps3 tomorrow and i really want to get assassins creed. but all i keep seeing on youtube and other sites is videos of loads of glitches and bugs. and my friends say there are as well so tell me, how bad are the bugs in this game? thanks.
No, it released a patch that fixed the one problem that it had; freezing, and even the frame rate was fixed. It is an amazingly fun game and deserves to be bought.
I played throughout the entire game and never had a single glitch or bug, and that was before the patch. It's an amazing game and easily deserves a play. I think it's one of the 3 best games of 2007.

Yeah I got it and it is.You do the same missions but in different places(like pickpockting, Interrogation etc)But still it is really fun to play and beat the hell out of soldiers. :P
There's a bit. Like clipping during combat, nothing serious. However there was this one time I initiated a memory right before an assassination and I was on a roof and I was supposed to walk close to the target for the mission to start but I couldn't get down from the roof because you are only allowed to walk during those parts for some reason, so I had to restart.
my only complaint with the game is having to ride from the castle to the new city for every mission. The game is fun. The only other thing i would change is the fact that the easiest way to kill a bunch of soilders is to wait for them to attack and then counter, next guy same thing. Anyways,my favorite part of the game is after killing someone the chase to run away.

Nope, I tried everything, pressing O, R1+O, R1+X, and it wasn't really a roof, but those wooden boards that stick off of them.
Currently borrowing my friend's assasin's creed, and I love it. And yeeah, it does get boring because of all the missions being repeated in different cities. But if you don't continuously play it for hours and get bored easy, then it is an amazing game and buy it.
the game had freezing issues and some wierd duplication of character issues on the 360. The patch fixed the PS3 issues have no idea about the 360 version. Also the game is fun... at first and then is very repetative for me at least.

Well I only mentioned it because the same thing happened to me and I was like damn, but then I walked over to the edge and pressed circle and I dropped down and hung to the edge, then I pressed circle again and dropped to the floor.
