It is to me. Yes the missions are almost all the same, but they are very fun. But if that scares you away, I'd rent it first.
Definitely, Assassin's Creed is great game - It has few flaws here and there but it's not bad at all, 30$ is a good price for it, but if you're still hesitating - maybe a rent is a good solution. :)Sokol4ever
Agreed. Assassin's Creed started out magnificently. The first 1-2 hours were amazing and it was what an action-adventure game should be. But after that, it become utter repetitiveness. I dont know what happened with Ubisoft. The first 2 hours were so IMMERSIVE. And if it remained that way for the majority of the game, it wouild have been easily a 9.5 or higher, game. I think they started to slack off after the first 2 hours of the game. It's like two different developers were working on the game. That's just how I felt. If you ask me, is it worth $30? Yes it is. It's actually worth more. Beautiful and stunning graphics, great engineering work, a solid storyline, and it's simply fun to engage in sword fights, and climb buildings. He can climb just about everything in his environment and that never gets old.
I just noticed AC is only $30 brand new at gamespot. Would it be worth adding this to my collection for the $30 price tag. Heard its a love it or hate it kind of game.boratinator990

its worth it though, as long as you don't get all pi55y when there is repitition involved your in for a treat. the game is excellent imo.
