Is MW2 especially made for X360?

well,all the videos i watched of MW2 is 360 gameplay,and the new 360 bundle as well. I havent seen a PC or PS3 video at all. Does MS have some kind of contract with Activision/IW?
or is it because of the E3 show and the first 2 DLC's for X360? its just makes me jealous how MS makes it much better :P

I played through the PS3 version and can say that it looks and performs very well, so don't worry.

I think IW said they are making MW2 specifically for consoles and porting it to PC. So, the PC players are the only ones getting screwed over.
