with the sony style card I can get the 60gb for $350 plus 5 free blueray dvdsspartanhockeygood deal.
its always a good time to get a ps3 if u dont have one.:P360player_eq12
Even a 360player thinks so. LOL:lol:
- PS3, oh, yeah yeah!
I would say yes, as I'm not too sure about the new emulation software that they are using. Plus, its a 60gb, and if I can get it to communicate with my PC then I have another 2TB's of hard drive space waiting for this stuff. lol

with the sony style card I can get the 60gb for $350 plus 5 free blueray dvdsspartanhockeyI think you should go ahead and get one if you can get it for that price..I mean you won't enjoy it as much due to the lack of games available for it. But keep in mind that NG:Sigma is a good one that might hold you over and you should definitely get God of War 2 if possible..those 2 games are the only thing that's keeping me happy with my PS3. Games won't really start to hit until holiday and Q1 of next year.

virtua fighter 5 pwns......
yes get one now like i did yesterday... its the perfect time because 60 gigs will soon run out and you will be stuck with 80 gigs with no backward compatibilyazimiballer
Whoa hold up. what's this about no backwards compatability on the 80 gb. I thought they were just switching the way the backward compatability works, not eliminating it. did i miss something?

He was wrong. Unfortunately, ignorance is a disease that runs rampant on the internet, heh. Nah, he probably just made a mistake, they just no longer have the Emotion Engine running in them in the 80GB, to cut back in costs, the UK actually had their PS3s shipped out like that in the beginning. So yeah, if you WANT to buy a PS3, then that's an amazing price and you should buy it without a second thought. HOWEVER, don't buy it just because it's a good deal. It's still a lot to spend on something you're not completely sure that you want.

yes it is, with the recent price drop and the heavy titles coming in a month, along with the few good games out, NOW IS THE BEST TIME TO BUY A PS3
