demos don't matter, anyone can play demos. ps+, for me, has been great. it's all about your opinion though. do you play psn games? enjoy themes/avatars? if yes, then jump on it. if you don't enjoy any of those, then it's best to pass. but just yesterday, I downloaded Stacked at no cost.

Well you get a decent amount of free games like Stacking that just came out that sells for $10-15 (not sure which) that is good. You get access to Betas and Qore is included as well. You should check out IGN they have an article about whether it is worth it that updates every week and they seem to favor it.

Let me put it this way, 3 months ago i paid 12 quid for a 3 month ps plus subscription. today stacking released which is 10 pounds in itself which i got for free. Over the past few month ive probably got about 30 pounds worth of content that i actually want so for me, its been 100% worth it.

I think it's worth it, getting full games, avatars, themes and early access to Betas is worth the price in my opinion.

If you don't buy a lot of PSN content it's worth it - over half of the good freebies they've offered, I already owned. However, with stuff like Sam & Max, Stacking, and my $15 discount on warranty, it's almost paid for itself, so I can't complain as much as I did back in December, when the North American PS+ situation was more dire.

I have had ps+ for like 2 months now and feel I have already gotten my money's worth. I have gotten 2 Spyro games 2 oddworld games, stacking, the entire Sam & Max series, Shatter, and a few others all free. Not to mention the early KZ multi beta, KZ single player demo and many discounted games. If you are someone like me that doesn't own a ton of Ps Store games when you start your subscription you will likely get your money's worth within the first 2-3 months. But if you are someone who already owns a bunch of game purchased on the ps store it might not be entirely worth it to you.

I am not a subscriber but it is worth it. It seems that you get a $10 game for free each month. The claim is made, "but you paid $50, so it's like you already paid for it." True, but you get free games for 12 months, so you basically only are paying for 5 months of content. So if you are getting a $10 game a month for free, then that is $70 worth of games you are getting for free. As mention the stacking cost $15 and that was free, so sometimes you will get a $15 game for free. In addition to regular network games being free, some minis are also free. These games are what $5? You get at least one free a month. seven times five is 35. There are also PS1 classics you get for free as well. They are $6 dollars each. At least one a month for free. that is 42 dollars in PS1 games. So 70 plus 35 plus 42 is what. You are saving at least $147 a year on games. The only catch is that Sony chooses the free games and if you already have the games they choose or are not interested in the game they choose for the month, then it is a waste.

It is easily worth it. First off you get access to stuff early. Second you get Qore for free which is a 25 dollar value, plus you get tons of free games, Stacking is the most recent one (14.99). Just right there you have 40 bucks of stuff and you only pay 49.99 for 27 months.

But once you unsuscribe to PS plus, then you lose all the free games they gave you right??? So does it automatically disable those games you downloaded then? What about the themes and such?

Definitely not, there is nothing worthwhile for the money you have to pay each month.
