Is the PS3 60GB version any good if i'm nothing use the wi-fi and expansions?

Well i gonna buy a PS3 very soon so i would like to know if buying the 60 GB version is the better choice for me, i'm not planning on using neither the wi-fi or the expansion slots (for SD and other cards). So i would like to know if the 60 GB version has any extra use for me or should i stick with the 20 GB version?

like you said if you NEVER plan on using WiFi or you NEVER plan on using the expansion slots then I would go for the 20gb version. One thing to think about is the possible use of the extras on the 60gb version in the future. the shelf life of a console is around 5 years so if you cannot possibly see yourself using WiFi or any other addition that the 60gb version has in the 5 year life span then I would get the 20gb.

Can you even find a 20GB PS3?...Last time I saw one was well when I baught mine...that was in November....jwat4

If you buy the 20GB version you will loose conectivity to your PSP, and in the future alot of games will come with the PSP conectivityPelon208

That is assuming the OP is even interested in remote play.I doubt many people will actually use that feature.

I am happy I got the 60GB version, the flash cards are great for backing up my hard drive game saves on a Flash cards, and swapping MP3's between the PSP and PS3, also easy to transfer my pics from my camera to the PS3. And Wifi connection to PSP is interesting and could lead to interesting options in the future. The larger hard drive means I can hold more demos photos and lots & lots of  MP3's without having to worry about what I need to remove to fit something else on the console. (Thats the problem I have now with my 360 I have no free space I have to delete things when I want to try a new demo.) Hooking things up by the USB cable always seems really cheap to me, the cables are not as flexible as the old wired controllers. Ontario21
