Is there going to be an infamous 3?(people who have already finished infamous2)

*SPOILERS*

I asked myself the same question. But if you notice at the end of the good ending there's a lightning shock that comes from the sky, so maybe it's an indicator that he's still alive. I find the fact that only Zeke was on the boat to take Cole's body suspicious. So maybe Sucker Punch are using this to create a foundation for InFamous 3. Not to mention there's still the evil ending (which I haven't unlocked). If they do let him alive in the evil ending then I assure you he's staying alive in the good ending as well.

**SPOILERS** Thats reassuring cause I really enjoyed this series and was rather shocked at how drastic the ending(good) was. I mean with them killing all the conduits thats kinda crippling to the story I think especially the loss of the electric man. Where could they possibly go after this they havn't even hinted at another threat.ZaneSeven

Yeah it actually put me down. I loved InFamous 1, loved this one even more and while I was playing I was thinking that Sucker Punch will work on Sly 4 and then InFamous 3 and then maybe alternate between the two. But now I'm not quite sure anymore.

Though they have few years while working on Sly 4 to think of how they can continue the story. It's just a speculation on my part however, yet I do hope they bring a 3rd one.

I just watched it now but didn't really see a "3". Looks more like a question mark which would make sense. Probably means, "Will Sucker Punch make InFamous 3? Who knows."

As much as I want to see InFamous 3, the good ending ended so perfectly. Actually, both endings were entirely differently different compared to the first that I don't see how they could continue the series with Cole. If they do, it'll be a day 1 purchase for me but I don't know.

I really dont think there will be another one, after that ending. Going into the game I thought an inFamous 3 was a given, but not anymore. I could see them bringing Cole back, but he wont have anyone to fight with no other conduits around. dragonball3900

I've played Uncharted 2 because of everybody raving about it.It was alright (7.5ish)in my opinion and I'll leave it at that to avoid a big argument... One of my recent blogs explains why.

I've played Uncharted 2 because of everybody raving about it.It was alright (7.5ish)in my opinion and I'll leave it at that to avoid a big argument... One of my recent blogs explains why.

I would love an infamous 3 and i think there could be. I dont want it if its just going to ruin the story and series. Me and a few friends thought it would be cool if they made infamous: Kessler Years or something. It would be during kessler's time. About how he got his powers since there wasnt a ray sphere and the rising of the beast.

ok so I have a third game theory. Know how kessler aka cole had time travel powers well how did he get them I mean Cole's powers are all electrical based so how did he get the time travel ability? THen in this game they showed a machine that can share powers. THis makes sense right so that means that there has to be a conduit that has time manipulation/and or travel powers and this conduit shared powers with cole/kessler. So I think they could use this character to change things. Still this character would have to jump backwards right since obviously the secound game already happened (I'm kinda going off the good ending here) so this character needs to come from the future, but based on the good ending all the conduits and potential conduits were killed world wide so how would this time travel character survive. How about if he traveled to the future past the event and found out about cole and then jumped back into the past and made some sort of change like some alternate way to kill the beast or something. Just thinking out loud here, but what do you guys think?

The lightning bolt, if paused at the right time, resembles a big QUESTION MARK. So i hope so. I liked infamous 1 b/c it was simply fun, but I LOVED infamous 2 b/c it really brought it's lore to life

Seems like most are basing this off of the good ending, if you base it off of the evil ending there is possibility for a third for sure
