is this a bad sign? help

so i was playing cod4 for about like 15 mnt. and all of the sudden the game freeze. so i was thinking like OH NO. but fortunatly i wasn a ylod. is this bad ? cause i dont want to get a 3rd YLOD

freezing is ok its when it freezes and starts flashing red lights or yellow is when you should start wooryin.
