Recently the curiosity got the better of me and i rented Jak 3 for the PS2. Now coming from someone who has never played a Jak game before, the game absolutely rocked!! I mean seriously, the game was pieced together perfectly and the controls were perfect. The graphics aren't too shabby either, especially the exploding vehicles in the desert. But the only thing that i could think about after playing the game was, how awesome would this game be with these same elements to on the PS3? They would rock that's what!! If the graphics were revamped to the quality of Ratchet and Clank FTOD or even better, which is quite possible judging by Naughty Dog's other game Uncharted, Sony would have a sure fire hit on their hands. I just hope they announce the game sometime soon, maybe E3? But what do you want to see in the game? What would you change, if anything? And can you wait for the game? I personally would not change a thing about the formula, except maybe tweak the system a little bit more.snorlaxmasterActually I believe IGN confirmed it for 2008 for PS3, though I forget the exact name. Myself I'd make the platforming a little less frustrating, otherwise the game was excellent.

We'll just have to wait for E3 or later.
Well their is a name Jak and Daxter: Lost Frontier but theirs no other info on it. If you enjoyed Jak3 you should pick up 1, and 2 as well. And if you enjoyed the car combat Jak X also. I would change the aiming of the weapons while Jaks on the ground. Its okay but they could make it better imo. Other then that the Jak trilogy was awesome.2beers_in_handThanks for the tip. I will certainly get those games if their as good as Jak 3. And now that you've mentioned it that was the title that was announced a while back, i just can't wait for more Jak and Daxter action.

Don't count on hearing something about this game in E3. You know... ND it's not that big (around 80 workers) and the are fully concentrating in Uncharted. So expect to hear something in TGS 2007, IF we get lucky.
From what I have heard, the game was registered under the name of Jak and Daxter : The Lost Frontier.
I have no doubt that this game will ROCK!!!
