Just Cause 2 - Are you getting it?

I think it's already out. Who's getting it? Looks fun though. :D But the voice acting seems annoying. And the gameplay is mindless as they say..

Just ordered it on Amazon. I've gone back and forth on this title...the first one had a ton of issues. Yet, after gobbling up a few many reviews today (taking the bad info w/ the good) I decided to give it a shot. I most likely would have not made this purchase had Red Dead Redemption not been delayed, but I figure a little chaos to hold me over w/ a good sprinkling of MLB 10 the Show and I'll be gaming fine. If it sucks there's always ebay.

And the voice acting is really bad. Especially, that woman, who ever the hell she is in the story.

I bought it and loving it. Voice acting isn't top notch as mentioned but if your buying it for story or voice overs you should probably steer clear LOL Now if you wanna fly a 747 then stand on the top of it a graple over to another 747, fly a helicoptor really high then skydive, drive a car then pop out onto the hood shoot a few people then hop back in the drivers seat, any or all these and record it save the video file or up it straight to You Tube then ya get Just Cause 2

I'm interested in this but bogged down with FFXIII / Wipeout HD at the moment.

My son has expressed an interest in this and his birthday is next month some I might buy it for him.

I can't really justify paying full price for it, it looks fun but it doesn't really stand out from the crowd in anyway, it's basically Mercs 2.5.

I loved the first game, and I really loved the demo for JC2.

However, I'm way too backed up with games to be able to get another one right now because, if I did, I simply wouldn't have time to play it. Once I catch up on a game or two, then I'll be rushing to buy JC2.

I most definitely would like to get it but I recently shelled out for Heavy Rain and Bad Company 2.

Not for awhile. If i do get it, i will wait for a price drop or just rent it.

Although it does look really fun, and comparing it to Mercs 2 isn't really a bad thing. xD

It's $44 at Kmart but I'll pass - Didn't like the demo.

Nope - didn't enjoy the demo to be honest, but it was quite amusing to blow random stuff up for a while.

Like Heavy Rain and GoW3, it's a Greatest Hits purchase for me.

I don't care about voice acting, honestly. I just didn't have fun playing the demo. It felt boring.

Just found out you can go to a LOST-like island and there is a plane crashed on there and the hatch. SWEETTTTTT!

I'm thinkin about getting this and Resonance of Fate. But I really wanna try RoF first.

I'll have to play the demo for this again to see if I really want to get it.

I'm only going to buy that game when it drops in price.

no....because its not the type of game i play

I just added it to my list of games to buy so yes i will be getting it wether i get it at full price or even this year is yet to be seen though considering i just got like 10 games XD
