Well I finally got a ps3 and it's a really nice piece of hardware. I just got my internet up and running and I was wondering how to update the firmware through a flash drive. I noticed I had the option of uploading the firmware from some sort of storage device. How would I do this? If the update is small enough I might be able to do it like that. I noticed it was downloading really slow so I figured I would use my computer that has the internet directly plugged in and then transfer it. Has anyone tried this?
