Just me or does Hardline suck compared to BF4?

What a freaking turd of a game imo. Doesn't look as good as BF4 or have the polish. And don't even get me started on the language in the game....just freaking ridiculous. And the spawns...so bad.

Waste of cash imo.

What's everyone else's opinion? Am I on my own here?

I enjoyed the game at first but since I picked up BF4 in a sale I havn't touched it since. Infact Ive now traded it in!

Yes, yes it does.

BF4 seems to have been a hit or miss depending on the person, some liked it better then BF3 som disliked it, but Hardline? I saw nothing in Hardline that justified the game, which is a bit of an annoyance to me. I liked the concept, just not the vision.

Agree 100%. I like the idea but the final product was a miss big time imo. And the ridiculous language..how over the top and stupid can the devs make this game. I mean you drop a health pack and instantly say "health pack mother f%c&er". Really? And no option to turn the stupid off just makes this a trash game.

mp was fun for about two weeks, i didn't like the sp at all... :(

Depends what type of gamer you are.

I noticed hardline is quicker than BF4. Personally I like BF4 more.

I tried the beta and didn't really like it. BF4 looks great IMO, the jaggies are a minor thing. It's probably the best online shooter I've played on the PS4, having a blast with my two friends :)

I definitely prefer BF4 to Hardline, although I did put in about 40 hours into Hardline's multiplayer. The 'Hotwire' and 'Blood Money' MP modes in particular were fun, IMO. But yeah, wasn't worth the original $60 price point.. I'd say $30 is fair if you're a BF fan.

Hardline should have been a simple 'DLC' for BF4.... After trying it out at a friend's house I decided not to get the game... BF4 is more than enough :)

If you think it's simply DLC you don't know enough about the game to make a judgement on it

BF3 pc version... was fungasmic. Poops on both.

They're both the same sucking game.

no they are not. The art direction and animations are far worse on hardline. The maps don't look nearly as good as BF4 either. Also a lot less polish in general.

I enjoy BF4 far more. It'll have to keep me occupied until DICE pulls their head out of their asses and does a Bad Company 3.

I don't think it is just BF: Hardline that sucks...I honestly believe its the whole genre that sucks. It ruined the gaming community for a period of time. People stopped playing video games because so many game developers had to make their game closely resemble Call of Duty or Battlefield. I, for one am glad that developers are starting to get more creative again and the large group of gamer's who tried to make EVERYTHING a Call of Duty experience are moving on. Its time to go back to what video games are truly about.

I traded in hardline after 2 days of play, quietly going back to BF4.

I liked it but it didn't set the world on fire. As for the single player, suuuuper repetitive. Gonna make a video on my channel of it soon though still. :P

well, mp-wise, it had it's moment for about 3 days, sp-wise it has the worst campaign in the 8 year history of bf campaigns (starting with bf:bc)... :D

I enjoyed the campaign in Hardline more.
