Does online PS3 gaming work better if all the computers or laptops are turned off and not web browsing? Just wondering. Thanks

It depends. When all the computers are downloading naked ladies it's better to turn them off. Just browsing the internet doesn't use much bandwith.

Yeah, it only goes gammy if someone is loading a webpage or downloading something.
