what happens when you get all the ribbons for cloak specialist?
10 Sniper Kills + 8 Ribbions = Better Sniping Scope [ zoom up to 5x ] Cloak specialist = Spot and Mark
It's the ability to "Spot" all enemies and "Mark" them for targeting as well as on the minimap for teammates to see.
