Little Big Planet for kids Argument

I , as a gamer have seen LBP and I am for sure gonna buy this game. But when I told that to my friend he told me the stupidest thing ever :shock:. LBP is for little kiddies. He told, come on! Its rated E+ for pete's sake!

And I DEFINITELY will never agree to this.

But just to make sure it ain't I'm gonna listen to what u think.:D

Dude LBP looks amazing

A game doesn't need violence, gore and swearing to be a mature game. I'm sure your friend doesn't really knowing what the LBP is all about and so he assume, due to it'sappearance, that it's for kidsTimmeus

Your absolutely right... show him some vid's of it and he'll change his mind. Yes when you think about it it sounds really childish but.... it just isnt for some reason...

but it would be way better if theres lots of adult around 18 to 50 years in lbp, u wouldn't have a good level at all if theres bunch of kids, cause kids sucks at creating and using minds! kids is so better at shooters anyway!

Hahaha I love how people react to this. The game is obviously geared towards all ages so that means also to kids. The fact that the game has no violence, is a platformer and has cutsy graphics mean it's obviously Kiddie. doens't mean it' s a bad game by any means.

I never said it was easy, but the game is highly customizable. The difficulty can be yawningly easy and frustratingly hard. Just cause the option is there to make the game hard as hell doesn't mean it's an adult game. All of this also depends on the definition of "kiddie". And since it's not really a word the meaning varies. If by kiddie you mean it's for children only.. then no the game is not kiddie.

But most people (imo) use the word kiddie as a way of commenting on the graphics and the basic gameplay. In which way LBP would be kiddie. The graphics are cutsey and childish and the basic gameplay is so simple a retarded monkey could play it. ( not that well obviously)

Nothing wrong with teh game being kiddie, it's rather refreshing. I'm going to pick the game up anyway, coop in the beta was amawesome.

im 14 years old. i got my dad to get LBP for my birthday, he laughed at my face and told me it was for kids. no joke =( i died a little that dayl2play
