A lot of the coding is already done, a lot of the levels aren't, they are putting this out on a retail disk, they are going to need more content than they currently have. I think a public beta is kind of cool, and they are probably going to have some kind of community level creating competitions as well that I'm sure some of those entrants will end up on the disk.

Wasn't that him talking about the Blu-ray edition.
I remember phil harrison stating that the PS Store version was to be released this fall with the blu-ray version(possibly packed with more stuff and user-created levels), coming next year.
