Lord Of The Rings: The White Council ??

I have heard rumors of a new lord of rings game coming out called Lord Of The Rings: The White Council, It supposed to be like Oblivion inthe way of game play and i have been looking forward to it fro quite a while. Though it seems those rumors were wrong as i have heard nothing else about it at all and am starting to think there is no such thing.

Has anybody else heard of this and if you have please shed some light on this because it sounds cool. 8)

I was following the game, and Im still doing so.

Last year, EA for some reason decided to cancel some titles, this was one of them. A month later, they resucitated the title, saying it was not going to be canned but havent spoken again.

The game is supposed to take part in the second age of Middle Earth. You will play as a warrior and you will be able to tour around Middle Earth in an Oblivion fashion, only that this game would be in 3rd person and more combat oriented with RPG formulas as well

Its a big shame they may stop the making of it, would have been awesome!
