How do i join a server? Haven't even played yet and it starting to look like i will not buy this game since its so hard or explian how to do anything?

has the Open beta even started?

Starts today, but I never saw a time.

The beta went live this morning for the Western United States, and will be going live for different timezones throughout the day.

Started today, I will check it out soon after I get some stuff done.

I tried to get in here o nthe east coast and only get to sit in the queue the entire time.Cant even do the training mission to get used to the controls.

I was able to play earlier today and the game is fun but there are alot of connection issues and I wasnt able to play the training mission. It wotn let me play noe it ways the server is down. I think the devs are trying to fix all the issues before they open the server again. If the full game has these connection issues im definatly not buying this game

Yeah, good point. I had to wait a long time last night to update even on my 20meg cable setup and then couldnt play it. They should have had the servers up b4 you had to do all that. At least it is a beta and not the final product.
