It was a simulation set up by the Patriots to test Raiden's ability and progression. This was to be the test for them to see if Raiden had become the perfect soilder. And causing the destruction of the GW A.I. system and the destruction of Arsenal Gear. Thus causing the S3 plan to be a failure.

So so wrong...GW is a system which the patriots wants to use to control the flow of information in the world...you controll information you controll the people, you controll the people you controll the world.This is what the patriots wants.

so what did they do? well they created the GW system. But before they could use it they had to test it. And this TEST is the S3 plan. They recreated shadow moses with the GW system to see if the system was able to controll it, if the system was able to controll the recreation of shadow moses it would also be able to controll the flow of information in the real world. So the S3 plan was just a TEST to check if the system was good enough to be used as a tool to control the information flow in the world. S3 is not a plan to creat soldiers like solid snake which most ppl think, it was simpely a test to see if GW could control information as good as it needed to before being put into action. But then ofc snake shows up and liquid takes controll of ocelot which screws up the test and the GW is destroyed....

isnt that what makes the soldiers go berserk in the mgs4 trailer? snake is talking about total battlefield control..

i am very impressed if this guy did this all w/o looking...but he forgot something that i would consider "fighting"...in MGS, the last was liquid...which is true but you fight liquid twice...once on metal gear rex and then once while you guys are driving through the tunnel...and also on mgs3, i know its not technically fighting cause all u gotta do is take the fake death pill then revival pill, but what about the sorrow? but nonetheless...bravo!

Actually BIG BOSS lost HIS RIGHT (our left from a 3rd person perspective) eye, Tis snake who wears the Solid Eye on his left eye (but he still has a left eye, it is what will be used as the new binoculars and such).
