I have played a fair bit of this game, but it is alot harder to recruit soldiers at this point (mostly for my medical unit). So i was thinking maybe I should start a new game, then recruit more units when it is easier. What do you think?
well if i was you id play online for meds and engineers but if you cant do that then i would just go to the research lab over and over or the hospitial...
yeah, ill probably just go to the hospital. but another problem... ive run out of ammo for my mk-22. so i really cannot do anything at this point. unless i want to make all sorts of noise.
 ive used snake for most missions without the aid of my recruits.
A good thing to do is to switch to the recruit then just walk around without them realising then just beat the crap out of them from behind and drag them to the truck. If theres a blue cameleon in the corner they wont do anything about you, but it'll dissapear if you drag a body, sneak, get caught aiming/shooting ect.

MPO is a hard game, and its annoying when you run out of ammo (espicially for some bosses :( ) but the best way to recruit soldiers is to use rescuers, and you don't have to mk22 them, half of the soldiers i did were knock outs.
also, paramedic is an incredible medic (duh), to get her you need to do stuff.
