Theres no blood in the game so yeah you can play it; and its pretty much all online, the rest is skirmishes. the reason it gets a M rading is because it has stuff like head shots, the way they yell when they die, simple stuff like that.

Why dont you try some good games that aren't rated M. Most games that involve shooting other people will be M rated simply because your shooting people.
