MGS4 Freezes When Loading

So, I had my PS3 for what, like 6 months now. It never froze or broke once. When I played Act one and went to Liquids Camp, I proceeded to the next cutscene but when it loads, the loading menu freezes. I couldn't do anything. I can't use the XMB menu and the only way to quit the frozen screen was to restart it. Please help me fix this problem or post some reccomendations please. Mine done this, there was a light light finger prind towards the middle

This happened to me, 60gb PS3, bought it last year around this time. Anyways did a little symbol pop in the top left hand corner of a disc with a question mark in the middle?

If so there's a number in the back of the manual that is Konami's help line. They will probably tell you to restore your PS3's default system, and erase everything on your harddrive. I tried this and it still didn't work, so i returned the disc and tried a new copy of the game. Still nothing. Then my other games stopped working. Every media on a bluray disc doesn't work anymore on my PS3. So i called Sony, and there going to fix it.

The message im trying to tell you is: there's something that is either faulty or a problem that could break your PS3. I'm not trying to scare you or anything, I'm just trying to inform people before there warranties expire. If you want more information about some people who have experienced this message me and ill tell you some people who also experienced this and maybe they have a solution.
