MLB 07 the show help!!!!!!!!!

i have no idea what to do with the rosters, everytime i enter the loby room theres a option for new rosters so i hit it and every 5 sec i go there it says that...... are they all the same? because i downloaded three already and i think thy are.

can someone tell me what to do when i want to update my roster. step by step. im doing the wrong thing arent it
