So, recently, I've been active in the gamespot forums, because I've found some great conversations and info on these boards.

In the past month, I've been modded twice, once resulting in a 24 hour ban.

To quote this generation: WTF?

One case, i was asking if anyone had a spare beta key, which resulted in the 24 hour ban. Point taken, don't ask for crap on the board. Lesson learned.

Now, I posted a thread asking what people thought about when I should buy Resistance 2: should I get it now, or can I wait until later and still get the online community experience.

Survey says: I have violated the precious gamespot terms, because I posted arecommendationthread. One that is an individual need, I had a simple question about the opinion of a game community.

This isridiculous.

Yes, I'm whining. But this excessive control method is absurd.

But it wasn't even a "should I buy" thread. I made it clear that I wanted to buy both.

My issue was "when." I feel that it fits outside the parameters of the "Recommendation" thread. My thread was focused more on the time-frame of the games, not the should i purchase nature.

As i said, i was just whining. You guys really don't have to respond to this. I'm just venting on a trivial issue

Vent elsewhere. If you look up "forum" in any dictionary, you will be met with: "a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged" Go cry to your mom and read the GS TOS next time. KK thx, Bai!

If you have a complaint about a moderation, take it to Ask the Mods.... not a PlayStation 3 forum.

Also, read the stickies before posting in a board.
