Mw2 Map Pack

is there going to be one soon? kinda getting bored with the levels it's always them same one's in everymode lol

they're planning on a spring launch i believe, correct me if i'm wrong.

Xbox 360 owners will get a crack at new maps first.

Ehh... the maps will probably be badly designed like they are right now... the best map ATM is Terminal. Underpass, Favela, Sub Base, and some others are all crap. And the crappiest of crappy crap maps is Karachi. It's like a programming error. It's a really awkward map... nowhere to go, all smushed together... meh. MW2 really disappointed me.

K, I really like the MW2 maps. Just sayin.

Also, how could you be ready for new maps yet. I played rust for the first time last week and i'm fairly sure i still haven't played all of them.

Most of the maps are alright. I just hate it when there's little nooks and crannies people hide into. Why would IW put things like in this in the game? It's like they intended to help the campers, camp "better"? Afgan, Sub Base, Karachi, Quarry and Invasion all suffer from this problem with Underpass being an almost unplayable map. I think it might just be the worst map I've ever seen in a recent multiplayer game. It's like it wasn't enough for the map designers that the layout is dreadful but they had to add that rain in along with all the darkness. I've never had a fun time on that map.

I don't really have a problem with campers, I just get free headshots on them. As far as maps go, I only dislike Wasteland, Derail, and Karachi. Rundown pisses me off sometimes, but it's alright.

Wasteland is just ridiculous, and that cave in the middle is always littered with a shotty camper or a semtex to blow you up.

Derail is just a pain, running for a minute to get to the other side, only to get sniped or blasted with an 1887/AA12 in a building.

Karachi has one too many elevated positions. Sure, so does Favela, but that is somewhat manageable since the roofs are nearly a third level to the map, open to everybody and anybody. Karachi just makes it so that someone on a roof can easily dominate their enemies.

I don't mind waiting for maps, the default ones are good enough. My only complaint is that there hasn't been a Double XP weekend yet. I want my 500 xp for one kill and I want it now.
