[QUOTE="supa_badman"] So when people play for #1 they indirectly help others. Riiiight. Even in KZ2 where there was the whole 'class' thing, it was complete anarchy, even though there was different classes for different things. I'll be honest with you, the only reason most people were medics in KZ2 was because of the medpack you can throw yourself so you can have a longer run. Engineers built turrets and crates probably because a) They needed it there or b) To get points. The 'points' to help the team isn't as much as help, but more of a way to level up quicker. johnpav88
So? Does it matter what the intent is? Who gives a damn if a Medic teammate is helping you because he wants to or not? He wants his points, I don't want to die. Done deal. You're talking about actual intent, an interest in the other players. I don't really give a damn about the other players (except for the friends list, of course) just as they could care less about me. Such is the way of every online multiplayer ever conceived. But that doesn't matter; everyone tries to be the best, and as a result, help eachother. Have you actually played BFBC2, or are you just formulating your own opinion based on others'? Cause it sounds like you really don't know what you're talking about.
i love how because you dont agree with his opinion he "doesnt know what hes talking about".MAG had all this same stuff with the FRAGO points but people will still do whatever it takes to be the guy at the top of the list. even in this new awesome game BFBC2. i dont care what anyone says no game promotes true tactical team-work gameplay. now i played the beta for it and i just plan didnt like it but of course thats my opinion. to slow i walked around for minutes just to get to some action and then some guy drives by on a turrent and blows me away. lots skill needed there for that kill. once people get used to it they will discover cheap and easy ways to kill otehrs. give it awhile and we hear people complaning about that as well soon enough.I love how because he's never even played BFBC2 his "opinion" can be considered valid.
