he knows everthing about playstation's plan for future and he says that the next demo will be in feb and it will be MGS4's demo. it is about 900mb, prett big. and its the part where the trailers take place.

judging that mgs4 comes out in Q2, id say the demo is going to come out. If its 900MB then ........ long demo or very short?

Yeah and Kojima also said MGS3 will be his last MGS game... lol. Business is business, Konami probably want to satisfied the fans. Raise enough awareness for the game with a demo before the release.
