After coming home from work and seeing it cracked to pieces on the door entrance (i live in a unit).. I knew my dad came back from France.
Gawd, when is he going to leave again and now I gotta hide my PSP.. that drunk son of a *beep*

Take him to A.A so they can make himself feel helpless and call it a disease while making him really religious and stupid? No i think it would be better to consider other methods

lol, you americans are all alike. between all the bs fee's and crap, plus everything being drawn out by the legal system. he probably wouldn't even get into any courts till the ps7 is out.. in canada he wouldn't see a dime, the case would be thrown out and he may even be charged for filing adumbass case like this.
We americans are all alike? I find your comment very immature & without purpose. 1. we're canadian :P well i am, dont know so much about pWnzz... 2. well its destruction of personal property, and hes a drunk (according to the TC) thus more liable to anger (it depends on the person, i guess this guy is an angry drunk) id say its a valid reason to bring it to court if the TC was drawn to.[QUOTE="I_pWnzz_YoU"][QUOTE="supa_badman"]This. ha, not for the ps3. he might ssee a few because, by the sounds of things, he has an abusive alcoholic father. but sueing stricktly because his daddy broke his nintendo. it wouldn't go anywhere.
this guy also sounds more like a 15 your old kid then anything. to me it sounds like he's just an dumb kid that pissed off his dad, who most likely baught him the ps3.
 You keep telling yourself that ..
You can sue for ANYTHING these days .. if someone purposely breaks YOUR stuff you can sue them for it .. **** you can sue over a snapped pencil ..

...you must live in the east. probably ontario? lol, in the USA you can sue for anything. but in western canada this stuff doesn't go anywhere fast.
small claims court MIGHT accept something like this. but like i said from the sound of this guys post he's a 15 year old rebellious teen who pissed off his dad. the case would be thrown out. and no, you can't sue for a broken pencil. well you could try, but the judge would laugh at you, call you an idiot for wasting everyones time, then charge you.

I think you need to educate yourself. a kid crying because his nintendo is broken wouldn't go anywhere. he has no proof his father was drunk, nor does he have proof his father even did it. an adult vs a screaming rebel teen wouldn't go anywhere.
plus if his father had baught the ps3 then he's within his rights to do whatever the hell he pleases with it.
lets give him the optimal position here. this guy has irrefutable proof that his dad broke his playstation in a drunken rage. and this is not the first time his father has done something of this nature. daddy has to buy him a ps3, get some councelling and go to AA. maybe the dad would be taken out of the kids life for the period of the recovery. on top of all this, like i said before, by the time it even made it into the courts, ps7 will be hitting the shelves, this kid will have grown up and come to repect his parents.
why do so many people have it in their heads that you can sue for ANYTHING these days.
as for the original guy i quoted being canadian. sorry for calling you american. it's just that when i see someone say something about sueing over something like this i just assume they're american. it's kinda of a reputation they have

hey if miley cyrus's lawyer can sue her for $4 billion dollars over a photo, then this can definitely happenthe conditions of the photo are different. if you're talking about the nipple slip photos that have been leaked around the net. then that's someone selling and publishing nude photo of an underage girl.
actually any of her recent photos could have caused this and no matter what way you look at it, she's an underage girl being exposed sexually. it's like comparing apples and oranges.

that is true. but at this moment we have no evidence of anything to support the TC. beyond when i came home 1 day my ps3 was broken.that's why im saying it wouldn't go anywhere.
but i also said it sound like this kid has an abusive father, the way he said his mother wont do anything. sound to me like a broken ps3 is the least of his problems.

it's making her look bad publically and she's a idol for many youngsters. and chances are they knew the guy had the photo and told him not to release it.
i haven't heard of the case, nor have i seen the picture.
it sounds pretty stupid to me. they'll probably settle out of courts or something.

Hey, TC, let me give you some great advice. Never put personal stuff like that on here man. What you just spilled is very personal stuff about family that any person in their right mind would never expose...ESPECIALLY at a gaming community. I see you're new here, so maybe you thought this was a cool way to bring some attention around you, I maybe wrong, so I'll just say maybe you should leave the family issues out next time or blog it. This was a message from MusashiSensi.....MusashiSensiEven though everyone is entitled to their own opinion, never presume without questioning. My intention is to let people know, even as of now there are certain people that don't know the meaning of property invasion/respect or permission or such much as to question if there is dislikeness of a object, regardless if one is drunk or not.
