everytime i play a game it sounds like its scratching the disk..i purchased this ps3 on black friday. please help

It's possible that your blu-ray disk drive is dislodged and since it's at an angle in your PS3. When you push in the disc, it's not spinning properly which also cause the disc to scratch at the top. It will also cause the disc to stop and will freeze your game and or system. i have a similar problem because I hit my PS3.

ROTFL!!! dude u broke the golden rule.. beat up the controller when needing to let some anger out, not the console.. hell i've smashed atleast 7 but NEVER touched the system itself, trust me controllers are easier to replace.. lol
