Navy Seal Confrontation help

It says i need the v 1.20 update for this game. I got to update it, but it sdays, "You cannot perform the background download of this content." Then it usually logs me out after a while. I tried keeping all my computers off, and I don't do anything while it's downloading...so can someone tell me whats wrong because I really want to play. By the way, my internet is working.
